Watching clients grow in confidence, strength, and form genuine connections with each other has been truly heartwarming over the years.
If your friends had to describe you in one word, what would they say?
Silly.

Truffle pasta with a dirty martini- three olives, from Da Marco.
Favorite way to recover from a workout?

Cryo chamber, red light therapy bed, L Glutamine and LMNT.

NAD + IV Therapy.

I have always loved anything fitness related. I grew up playing soccer and won a national championship at USC. Fight on!!

I love to work and I don’t know a life without setting goals and trying to achieve them!

I’m old school -gimme some 90s/early 2000s hip hop any day.

I think I’m detailed but encouraging with a hint of spicy ;)
What is your favorite aspect of LHTX classes?
I love the encouragement of not only the instructors, but the people next to you when you’re in tough moves in class. Everyone in this community works hard to motivate each other.
If your friends had to describe you in one word, what would they say?
I think it depends on which friends you ask, but I’m loyal and a good listener.
Guilty pleasure?
Brookside chocolates, wine, and cheese.
Favorite way to recover from a workout?

LMNT, an epsom salt bath, and PT with Dr. Mahdavi at Paramount PT.

Favorite wellness hack?

Echinacea when I’m starting to feel sick and good veggie juices/smoothies from JuiceLand.

What is your vibe as an LHTX instructor?
Motivating you to get real comfortable with discomfort. Pain and discomfort are two completely different things. I never ever want you in pain, but I absolutely expect you to get uncomfortable. The growth is in the discomfort. I want you happily uncomfortable.
What is your favorite aspect of LHTX classes?
Watching the growth happen before my eyes….vibing off of the group…I love getting low with you, I love watching you take yourself to the edge, and then push yourself over. I love that it never gets “easy” or stagnant. There is always a way to level up.
If your friends had to describe you in one word, what would they say?
Loyal, quiet, wary.
Guilty pleasure?
Murder murder and more murder shows, diet Dr Pepper and chocolate chip cookies (preferably all together).
Favorite way to recover from a workout?

Honestly, I’m still trying to figure this one out for myself. I neglected recovery for so long and it cost me, physically. I’m learning that rest days are ok and I’m starting to try other things as well, talk with me about this again in a few months.

Lift. Heavy. Weights.

LHTX takes time under tension to a whole new level for max lean muscle growth. Plus we honestly have the best welcoming and supportive community. I’ve made so many new friends.

Anything EDM or angry. The louder the better.

Intense. Which is my vibe in general. You’ll also get an anatomy run-down. I’m passionate about functional movement + mobility patterns in the body.

Doing hard things in community. Classes are consistently challenging and we are continually evolving together.

Cold plunge + sauna.

Meditation. Breath work. Salt water is the best pre-workout (LMNT). And Moon Juice Magnesi-Om before bed.

That's a tough question. I would say my favorite move on the Powerformer is Carriage Lunge (when we face the mirrors) or Kneeling Inner Thighs!

Music is my thing! Anything EDM with a beat!
What is your vibe as an LHTX instructor?
My vibe as an instructor is positive and motivating.
What is your favorite aspect of LHTX classes?
My favorite aspect of LHTX classes is our sense of community - we have the best clients! In addition, our classes are energetic and motivating. Classes are designed to be a total body workout and always keep your body feeling challenged!
If your friends had to describe you in one word, what would they say?
I would say my circle of friends would describe me as dependable with a dose of ADHD on the side.
Guilty pleasure?
My guilty pleasure is a cheese burger and fries from Graffiti Raw.
Favorite way to recover from a workout?

I love yoga to recover. I use L-Glutamine, and occasionally sneak in a 30 minute siesta.

Favorite wellness hack?

My favorite wellness hacks are to get outdoors and get fresh air when possible! I also like to take a short walk after I indulge in big meal.

Favorite way to recover from a workout?

A massage! I’d also like to try cold plunging this year.

Favorite wellness hack?

I starting taking Armra colostrum this year and have seen a huge difference in the strength of my immune system, as well as better skin, nails, hair growth.
